Privacy information
The form
When you send the form, we receive your name, the contact details you give and your message: the place, the fact and the link. Nothing else is collected, and no account is needed.
Your name and contact details are never published and are used only to ask you about your message.
Counting visits
Visits are counted by a script served by this site itself. It sets no cookies and builds no profiles. A click on a contact button on a place’s page sends one event with the kind of button, the place and its activities, and nothing about you.
Your location
Your location is requested only after you press the location button. It stays in your browser while the tab is open, is used there to calculate distances and is sent nowhere, this site included.
Your browser remembers a station, school or area you choose by name, for your next visit.
The map in the filters shows OpenStreetMap streets: when you open it, your browser loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap’s servers, which see your IP address and the part of the map you view, as any website would. The point you choose stays in your browser.
Listed places and your rights
The catalogue repeats what places publish for their customers on their own websites and in their Google listings. Where a single person runs a place, a phone number or address appears only if that person has published it.
The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, applied in Hungary together with Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination (Infotv.): parents need these facts to compare activities for their children. Nothing is sold and no one is profiled.
Anyone named in the catalogue can ask for access, correction or erasure, or object to being listed, through the form. We answer within thirty days. You may also complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
Deleting a message
To have a message you sent deleted, use the form again and say which message it was. It is deleted within a month.
