Basic riding lessons teach a secure seat, horse handling and control in the three basic gaits, with tasks set individually in a round pen and on a lunge line. 1 2 Intermediate training covers the basics of show jumping and dressage and prepares riders for a start-licence exam or the practical exam of any OKJ vocational course. 3 4 The day camp includes two rides a day, all-day supervision, games, crafts and skill activities, plus theory on safety, horse anatomy and breeds. 5
